The reference manual for pediatric emergency and urgency of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) presents the information that physicians need to assess and respond to a pediatric injured or sick in the early hours in the Emergency Department or medical consultation.

This manual is the official material of the Pediatrics Advance Life Support course of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), which has been dictated by AIDER over the past 4 years in South America.

The course is certified by the AAP through accredited medical professionals as directors of the AAP courses trained in the United States and Spain.

The Pediatric Prehospital Education Program (PEPP) is a training designed for all healthcare professionals who work in pediatric patient care in the prehospital setting. The AIDER ITC are dictating this training in Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Spain.

Finally, the PedFacts is the course recommended by the AAP for all teachers and caregivers to learn the basics of First Aid. During this training all the people that are responsible for careing children will learn how to handle an emergency with a pediatric victim.
